The booth is equipped with an infrared sensor and activates when an individual approaches but can also be set to manual dosing and run on preset timing intervals. Set in a V-shape trajectory above the shoulders, the sanitizing mist engulfs the individual’s entire body drying soon after exit. The SafetySPRAY has been tested and found to be safe for human use.

Booth Specification

The SafetySPRAY booth is designed with a maximum flow rate through each nozzle of 4.2 liters per hour across 6 nozzles for a total volume output of 25.2 liters per hour or 7 ml of sanitizer per second. Our testing establishes that a slow walk through the 2m booth will take 3 – 5 seconds, resulting in a maximum exposure of 35 ml of sanitizer per person, a portion of which will be distributed evenly over the individual’s entire body. Standard breathing patterns suggest 20 breaths per minute or a breath every 3 seconds. The atomization process ensures that exceptionally low volumes of liquid are dispersed evenly and penetrate hard to reach places, making it extremely effective and efficient. The SafetySPRAY Booth uses this atomization process in an automated manner, creating exceptionally fine atomized mist without any human involvement. This process allows for the “funneled” sanitization of large volumes of people by an automated and controlled system.
