Job Description

We are seeking to hire an experienced and competent Engineering Staff who will be responsible for accuracy and efficiency in project management.
He or she will control the sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams and the projects department.

Requirements / Skills
Additional skills that may benefit anyone considering a job as an Administrative Staff include:

HND or Bachelor 2.1: Engineer can be Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical or Civil. Preferable: Mechanical- Petroleum
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Able to work well with others
Able to use his/her initiative
Computer literate, and Hands-on experience with excel, powerpoint, words, etc.
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Knowledge of the English language
Flexible and open to change
Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.

Experience:
2-3 years with project management skills
Proven work experience
